The Bemidji State University Alumni & Foundation has partnered with FreeWill to offer free planned giving resources to alumni and friends, including legally binding will documentation.
With August being National Make-A-Will Month, now is a great time to create or update a will online at zero cost to you. The interactive tool guides you step-by-step and takes only about 20 minutes to complete. The process is free, simple, and secure.
Creating a will is often one of those tasks that folks keep pushing down the road because it feels overwhelming or expensive. But at its heart, a will is simply an act of care. It allows you to:
- Protect your loved ones: Ensure your family is supported and your assets are passed on according to your exact wishes.
- Designate caregivers: Clearly choose guardians for your children or beloved pets.
