Selection Criteria
BSU Alumni Coaching Achievement Award recipients are selected by the Athletic Hall of Fame committee for distinguished achievement in the field of coaching after graduating from BSU. Nominees must have must have attended BSU for at least two years and not have graduated from another university. The committee will also consider other professional accomplishments. Please do not use acronyms, abbreviations or jargon without a first-reference explanation. Any information written that is not understood by the council will be omitted.

Since each question is evaluated and judged on a point scale, you must answer all questions completely. Nomination forms must be completed by the nominator. Attachments, including letters of recommendation, will be not be accepted. Please refrain from using acronyms, abbreviations and jargon. Applications are due March 1st.
