For the third time in program history, the Bemidji State women's soccer team will host the first and second rounds of the NCAA Tournament after seeds were announced Monday on NCAA.com. The Beavers will make their sixth NCAA Tournament appearance in the program's 30-year existence.
BSU earned the No. 2 seed in the Central Region and will host Central Missouri, Pittsburg State and St. Cloud State on Friday, Nov. 21, and Sunday Nov. 23, at Chet Anderson Stadium. Bemidji State will face seventh-seeded Central Missouri at 1 p.m. on Friday, while third-seeded SCSU and sixth-seeded Pittsburg State will battle to keep their seasons alive. The winners of Friday's first-round games will meet at 1 p.m. on Sunday.

On the other half of the Central Region bracket, Minnesota State earned the No. 1 seed and will host No. 8 Harding. The Mavericks will also play host for the matchup between No. 4 Washburn and No. 5 Missouri Western.
The NSIC, the Mid-America Athletic Association and the Great American Conference make up the 36-team NCAA Central Region.
The Central Region championship game will be on Nov. 30 at the high seed. The national quarterfinals will be Dec. 6 at the Midwest Region champion's field. The semifinals and national championship game will take place on Dec. 11 and 13 at Switchbacks FC Stadium in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
