The Bemidji State softball program is set to host "Sip the Northwoods," a tasting event including local breweries, wineries and distilleries from around Northern Minnesota, from 4-6 p.m. on Oct. 11 at the Loft Event Center in downtown Bemidji.
Sip the Northwoods is scheduled to feature sips from Bemidji Brewing, 5 Rocks Distillery, Haskell's Wine, Buck Mills Brewing, and other distributors. There will also be light snacks and a silent auction available.
Proceeds from the event will directly benefit Beaver Softball, helping offset travel costs, equipment needs and upgrades, and enhancing the overall student-athlete experience.
Tickets are $30 online or $40 at the door, with $15 tickets available for designated drivers. Attendees must be 21 or over to consume alcohol.
The Loft Event Center is located at 116 4th St NW in Bemidji.
