Live and in-person, Opera Night will be a spectacular evening featuring performances by young, developing talent here in the Northwoods.  The event will feature many opera performances and even some Broadway favorites.  A formal dinner and gala event will take place each night in the Beaux Arts Ballroom on the Bemidji State University campus.  Join us for a fancy night out and an immersive evening you won’t want to miss!

Event Details (each night):

  • 6:00 PM – Doors Open
  • 6:00-7:00 PM – Cocktail/Social Hour
  • 7:00 PM – Dinner/Performances Begin
  • 9:30 PM – Event Concludes

Whether you are planning to attend the event on Friday, Nov. 18 or Saturday, Nov. 19, please see more details about the event below:

  • Black-tie attire (optional) with a Cash Bar
  • Parking is available along the street or in the Bangsberg Hall Parking Lot
  • A drop-off area is located in front of Memorial Hall (no valet)
  • Seating assignments will be indicated on your name card. Name cards will be available at the check-in table in the lobby as you arrive

Option 1 — Spinach Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms, Tri-Color Carrots, Garlic Parmesan Mash Puree, Mixed Green Salad and Cheesecake for dessert

Option 2 — Surf & Turf — Braised Fillet of Beef, Seared Sea Scallops, Tri-Color Carrots, Garlic Parmesan Mash, Mixed Green Salad and Cheesecake for dessert

Option 3 — Sesame-Crusted Salmon, Braised Asparagus, Sweet Potato Puree, Mixed Green Salad and Cheesecake for dessert

Entrée (registration after Nov. 13)

Lemon Rosemary Chicken, Tri-Color Carrots, Fingerling Potatoes, Mixed Green Salad and Cheesecake for dessert
