Jonathon Roscoe

Jon Roscoe has been hired as finance director for the city of Crookston, Minn. A Bemidji State University graduate, Roscoe brings more than 20 years experience working with Minnesota municipalities on the audit side and previously worked at Miller McDonald, a certified public accounting firm in Bemidji. He began the position Jan. 12, 2026.
