You have a dream. We’ll help make it possible.

Discover3 is Bemidji State University's central hub where career readiness, alumni connections, and industry engagement converge.

Imagine this: Students graduate career-ready, not just job-ready. They've connected with industry professionals, explored hidden career paths, and used cutting-edge tech — all within the classroom (including online classes).

How? By bringing together students, faculty, alumni, and industry partners. Imagine alumni mentoring students on real-world projects, companies providing the latest tools, and faculty weaving career prep into coursework.

This isn't a dream. It's Discover3: a revolutionary approach to higher education career readiness. We'll create a vibrant network where everyone benefits. Career-ready students become loyal alumni, ready to give back their time, talent, and treasure. Industry partners find a pipeline of top talent and have an access point for customized training to upskill their current employees.

Whether you're a student, alumni or industry partner, we're ready to help you discover what's possible.
