Dr. David Lund

Dr. David Lund, 86, of Warroad, Minnesota, lost his battle with cancer in Roseau on Aug. 9, 2026. David attended Bemidji State College, graduating in 1962 with a bachelor's degree in mathematics and science and a minor in psychology. David earned his Ph.D. in 1972 and was then hired at Bemidji State, where he taught as a philosophy professor until his retirement in 2010. David was a popular professor at Bemidji State, introducing thousands of students to philosophy and the life of the mind.
