Floyd Tweten, 90, of Laporte, MN died Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at Sanford Bemidji Medical Center. Floyd Arthur Tweten was born June 9, 1934 on the Oase farm in Nary Minnesota to Nels Tweten and Olga Oase Tweten. Nels worked for the highway department and the family lived various places including Ponemah and Kelliher. Floyd attended grade school and high school at Kelliher where he played basketball. He graduated from Bemidji State University.
