Kim "Trapper" Johnson

Kim captained the Bemidji State Beavers baseball team and graduated in 1980. He married Shelly in 1987, and in the early 1990s they settled in Brainerd, where he began a 31-year career with what is now Ascensus. A South Dakota State Champion in the Aberdeen-to-Mobridge cross-country race, Kim excelled in snowmobile racing. He enjoyed country music, fishing, hunting and trap shooting.
