Mike Beaton has been named Fargo Public Schools’ 2025 Administrator of the Year. Beaton has spent his entire career with the district, starting as a math teacher in 1996 before moving into administrative roles. Since 2014, he has served as Assistant Principal and Activities Coordinator at South High School, where he’s known for going “above and beyond” for students and staff. His nominators praised him as a dedicated advocate who always makes time to support his school community, no matter the hour or day.
