The Bemidji State University Alumni & Foundation just wrapped up its fiscal year on June 30, and it was a monumental year for BSU thanks to our alumni and friends!
Our donors and supporters have made an incredible difference in the lives of our students and on our campus. Here’s a quick look at the impact you and other Beavers made between July 1, 2024 and June 30, 2025.
- Donors raised $8.3 million in philanthropic support
- Over 1,400 individuals made at least one donation
- We saw 324 Beavers make their first-ever gift
- Our endowment saw a strong return of 7.01% from inception to March 2025 and surged past $40 million
- A record-breaking Day of Giving that surpassed $300,000
- A recovery fund that totaled $28,765 following the severe storm in Bemidji on June 21
On top of the financial support, Beavers showed up and showed out in big ways. Over 1,500 people attended Alumni & Foundation events nationwide, and 3,500 alumni (approximately 14% of the total alumni base) actively engaged with BSU through events, special projects and more.
We’re so thankful for passionate Beavers like yourself who are making a difference for current and future students. We couldn’t do this work without you, and there’s nobody better to join us in our mission to support the North.
