It's an exciting time on campus: Today we're launching our second-ever digital version of the Bemidji State University Magazine! Click the button below to access all the stories, videos and more that we've packed into this issue.
This edition focuses on technology: how students and alumni are using it, how it can shape our careers and lives, and how Beavers are at the forefront of the digital frontier. You'll also enjoy our regular Class Notes section — which is always a reader favorite — and find even more content to explore. We're particularly excited about our cover story on Bill Ketola, a current Bemidji State student who discovered a bacteria-targeting virus that may someday help treat tuberculosis. There's also Jake Richmann, an alumnus who has developed a fishing app to help anglers catch the big one, and Kailee Stenseng, a budding alumna at DigiKey who can pursue her passions because a unique scholarship gave her a start.
It's our pleasure to share these stories (and more!) with you. These folks represent just the tip of the iceberg among Beavers who are making a difference in their communities, but they embody the BSU spirit that so many alumni and friends can also call their own.
