Lt. Colonel Randy Wolbeck recently completed a nine-month deployment to the Middle East as the engineer chief for the 34th Red Bull Infantry Division of the Minnesota National Guard. The division provides training and readiness oversight for ten National Guard brigades with more than 23,000 soldiers in Minnesota and eight other states. Wolbeck lives in Little Falls with his wife, Leanne, and works full-time in facilities management at Camp Ripley. Wolbeck is originally from Bemidji and earned his industrial technology degree from Bemidji State in 2006.
