Read More »Bill Peters, a 1971 graduate, has published a memoir recounting his hitchhiking travels through Europe during the summer of 1970. The book highlights his hometown of Bemidji and the role it played in shaping his lifelong love of travel. Peters retired in 2017 after a 30-year career teaching mathematics at Mesa College in San Diego, where he now lives. His book, Wandering Off the Map, is available on Amazon.
