Copy of BSU Alumni & Foundation Presents

Virtual events planned for Homecoming week and beyond

Out of concern for the health and safety of our alumni, friends and students, the BSU Alumni & Foundation has made the difficult decision to cancel in-person Homecoming events scheduled for October 2-4, 2020.

All in-person events hosted by the BSU Alumni & Foundation are cancelled, including the Homecoming parade, tailgating, Alumni Leaders in the Classroom, Beaver Block Party & Street Dance and the Honors Gala. This year’s outstanding alumni recipients will be recognized during Homecoming 2021, scheduled for September 24-26, 2021.

A number of virtual events and activities are planned for the month of October and throughout the fall including special online presentations from BSU faculty, virtual campus tours, photos and videos from previous BSU Homecomings and more. The annual Alumni Leaders in the Classroom event will move online for all students, faculty/staff, alumni and friends of the university to view. Visit this page to stay up-to-date on upcoming Alumni & Foundation virtual events.

Similarly, in-person student Homecoming activities have been cancelled. Stay tuned for more information on virtual events. Please reach out to Muriel Kingery at Muriel.kingery@bemidjistate.edu with any questions.

BSU Football's Homecoming game vs Minot State, orginally scheduled for October 3, has been cancelled following the NSIC's decision to cancel all athletic competition through December 31. More Beavers Athletics updates can be found at bsubeavers.com.

BSU is looking forward to seeing alumni and friends in Bemidji for Homecoming 2021, scheduled for September 24-26, 2021.
