Senior Director of Finance and Operations
REPORTS TO: Director of Development
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time
SALARY RANGE: $90,000-$105,000 depending on qualifications
LOCATION: Bemidji, MN

The Senior Director of Finance and Operations plays a key role focused on maintaining strong financial practices and improving internal systems. This hands-on leadership position oversees accounting, budgets, and reporting while helping align finance with alumni engagement, fundraising, Career Advancement, and communications. The role also supports the development of efficient processes and provides clear financial insights to staff and board members.
