If you're a Bemidji State office or employee ready to get the word out about a BSU event or initiative to alumni and community members, we have plenty of ways to help out. We can help with:
- Alumni data/outreach
- Crowdfunding projects
- Donation forms and webpages
- Event registration support
- Alumni recommendations for committees, classroom speakers, etc.
Our most common requests are for event registration webpages and email outreach. Click below to see examples of what we can offer.
Find the right form
The form you'll fill out depends on what kind of request you have.
Project Details Form
For projects such as events, mass emails and crowdfunding, fill out the Project Details Form.
After we review your completed project details form, we will connect with you within five business days to discuss your request.
Data Request Form
For alumni lists, reports and all other data requests, fill out the Data Request Form.
This will give us an idea of what you need and how we can help. From there, we'll connect with you on the fine details within five business days.

Faculty Fundraising Initiative Proposal
For fundraising initiatives spearheaded by faculty members, fill out the Faculty Proposal Form.
All submissions will be reviewed in consultation with your dean, and you can expect a decision within six weeks of your proposal.

Day of Giving Form
If you want to partner with our office on Day of Giving, fill out Day of Giving Form.
All submissions will be reviewed by our office, and you can expect to hear back from us within six weeks of your proposal.
The submission deadline is Dec. 31.
