Over 30 enthusiastic supporters attended the gathering, demonstrating a strong commitment to the future of the department.
The group raised an impressive $41,500 in just nine minutes for the department's discretionary account, which will be used to enhance educational opportunities and support for students.
The evening featured musical performances that highlighted the talent within the BSU community. Four exceptional student performers took the stage, showcasing their skills and passion for music.
Additionally, the event included an opera act with performances by Cory Renbarger and Jennifer Olson.
Among the notable guests were Steve and Veronica Dekrey, who had the opportunity to meet their scholarship recipients in person. Their involvement highlights the meaningful connections between donors and the students they support.
The Thomas family’s scholarship recipient was also present, further emphasizing the impact of their generosity. The event was a testament to the dedication and support of the BSU alumni and community members.
