Alumni and friends of Bemidji State University will soon have a new way to get connected with fellow Beavers.
The Alumni & Foundation office is hosting a series of Beaver Happy Hour events at local bars and restaurants, happening once every two months. They will run from 4-5:30 p.m. on the second Wednesday of every other month, beginning in May, and will tour some of Bemidji’s classic stomping grounds.
The initial events are set for the following dates and locations:
- May 8: The Tavern on South Shore
- July 10: Ruttger’s Birchmont Lodge
- Sept. 11: Bar 209
- Nov. 13: Brigid’s Irish Pub
- Jan. 8, 2025: Corner Bar
- March 12, 2025: Keg N’ Cork
Beaver Happy Hours provide an opportunity for all community members to connect with Alumni & Foundation staff and others in attendance, make meaningful contacts and build camaraderie around all things BSU.
