Day of Giving is back Feb. 20, and raising $300,000 together starts with you

It’s no surprise that any big project requires all hands on deck. But when we’re talking about Day of Giving – Bemidji State University’s premier, 24-hour fundraising event – we truly mean everyone.

Our goal is ambitious. We’ve set out to raise $300,000 for BSU students to help them through scholarships, resources, department upgrades and more. We’ve never set the bar this high, but if all of us commit to building up our Bemidji State community, we’re confident we can reach it.

That’s where you come in.

All you have to do right now is save the date. Day of Giving returns on Feb. 20, meaning that you’ve got one month to decide which area (or areas) are nearest and dearest to your heart. Whether that’s your favorite athletic program, your former academic department, our general scholarship funds or some of the exciting new initiatives on campus, you’re in the driver’s seat to say where your dollars go.

We hope you’ll strongly consider making a donation and becoming an advocate for this great cause. If you’ve benefited from BSU, as so many of our alums love to share, Day of Giving is the perfect avenue to pay it forward.

Gifts of all sizes are greatly appreciated and will make a difference at Bemidji State. They’re also tax-deductible. What’s more is that you’ll be part of something bigger than yourself – and together we’ll accomplish something that none of us could do on our own.
